When a bill has received an overpayment (from scholarships, financial aid, or account adjustments), a refund will be issued. To ensure a faster receipt of the refund with direct deposit - students should choose a refund preference with . If no refund preference is chosen, a check will be mailed three weeks after 小蓝视频 submits it for refunding to Bank Mobile Disbursements.
Parent Plus refunds will be mailed to the parent’s address three weeks after 小蓝视频 submits it for refunding to Bank Mobile Disbursements. The only exception, to have the refund sent to the student, is when it is designated within the FAFSA application.
If a check has been lost/not received within the specified time frame, please email selfservicebilling@salisbury.edu to request a stop payment of the original check and a re-issue of a new check.
