- 1957 – College Library (renamed Blackwell Library in 1966 and Blackwell Hall in 2016)
- 1962 – Tawes Gym (demolished in 1989)
- 1964 – Manokin Hall
- 1965 – Musical Arts building (later used for administrative purposes, including University Police; demolished in 2006)
- 1966 – Powell Dining Hall (demolished in 2000)
- 1966 – Memorial Student Union (replaced in 1977; demolished in 2000)
