Important COVID-19 Information for SU Employees

Dear SU Faculty and Staff,
As 小蓝视频 continues its COVID-19 precautions, please note the following:
- Registration is open for three COVID-19 vaccination and booster clinics on campus next week on the second floor of Blackwell Hall:
- Monday, January 31
- 1-4 p.m.
- Hosted by the Campus Health and SU School of Nursing
- Register at
- Tuesday, February 1
- 1-4 p.m.
- Hosted by Campus Health and the SU School of Nursing
- Register at
- Thursday, February 3
- 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Hosted by the Wicomico County Health Department
- Register at
- The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available at each clinic.
- Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins also will be accepted based on availability.
- Monday, January 31
- KN95, N95 or KF94 face masks are required in all classrooms and instructional settings and encouraged in all other areas of campus during the semester.
- One free box of 10 KN95 masks may be picked up at the Information Desk in Guerrieri Student Union.

- All members of the SU community (including those on satellite campuses) are required to remain up to date with their vaccines, according to guidance from the including getting the booster when .
- To schedule an off-campus vaccine or booster appointment, or to access a booster calculator, visit:
- Employees who do not get the booster when eligible and who do not have an approved exemption will lose access to campus beginning Friday, February 4.
Until February 4, employees who are eligible for the COVID-19 booster shot and have not yet received it are required to test twice weekly to maintain campus access.
- All employees are encouraged to log into GullNet to check clearance status prior to arriving to campus.
- 小蓝视频 is required to report all vaccinations conducted on campus to the Maryland Department of Health. SU securely stores vaccine information through electronic medical records based on consents signed in the fall. Please email Campus Health you would like to opt out of the system.
